EuTroLoy 16410  is a gas atomised powder of ASTM Type 410 alloy composition. This powder is a hardenable stainless steel alloy designed for the plasma transferred arc welding (PTAW) process and provides hard, dense coatings. Deposits exhibit a tempered martensitic structure with excellent resistance to metal-tometal  wear. EuTroLoy 16410 provides resistance to general corrosion, pitting, crevice corrosion, intergranular attack and stress corrosion cracking. The chemistry and particle size of EuTroLoy 16410 is carefully controlled to ensure consistent high quality coating properties.
